Once the GSID is assigned, the document to which the signature has to be attached gets registered at the global data base and there after an exact scanned copy of the signature gets attached to the document at the assigned place and just below this will appear The logo SIGNED ON GOLD with the GSID code. The document can thereafter be transmitted anywhere by the available secure means. The receiver can be absolutely sure of the authenticity of the document in all respects.

Once a GSID is assigned to a signature and the same is used for attaching to a document or used for any other specified transaction through the global data base, that particular signature will become invalid and cannot be used again.

Successive GSID assigned to an individual’s signature will be in a pattern not possible to be deciphered by others as it will be unique to that individual.

If the receiver has the slightest doubt about the document, The receiver who will also be a person empowered with “ sign on gold ” can use the same to interact with the global data base and cross-check the validity of signature by referring to the GSID.

The above 2 stage creation of the “ sign on gold ” may if required help in better reading of the global ID repeatedly embossed into the golden under-layer by the Scanner, as the ink signature is not yet super imposed during the first stage scanning.

Sign on Gold    will completely eliminate problem with hackers etc, because unlike the password based security systems where it is possible to experiment with several thousand password combination to make illegal entry , there is a built in cost involved for the gold paste when illegal attempts of entry is being made.

As per the description given above it appears that every time the signature along with the gold under-layer (which is on a cut paper as in the above case or bills etc) gets scanned to serve a particular purpose, it will become useless for any other purpose. This is a fact, but it must be understood that the cut paper or Bill etc could very well be disposed off for a value of say 60% to 70% of the cost incurred in Sign on Gold   as major part of the Gold content can be reclaimed by some suitable process.
